Mae Velma’s Corned Beef was born from a simple belief: that real, handcrafted food brings people together. Since 2017, we’ve been hand-carving corned beef, rolling Reubens and Italian Beef, and serving up Southern comfort favorites with the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like family.
From our first location to six across Milwaukee, every sandwich still gets the same care — premium ingredients, fresh daily preparation, and recipes rooted in family tradition.
